Reflection is at the heart of practice

I know my behavior has influence on somebody.
That's why I act carefully especially in class in front of my students.
While I'm reading this article, reminded myself how I behaved in class in front of students.
This act is the reflections that mentioned on this article, isn't it?

Grace's story in Critical Incidents Protocol  part made me reflect.
I wondered how I am described by my students. I might be a choleric teacher.
Could I react like Grace if my student acted like TJ in my class?
Maybe not. If my student exploded, I might be bombed.

I often share my experiences with my collegues. They listen and give me advice.
It really helps us to improve our teaching.
I plan to use those ways mentioned on this article with my colleague and improve our teaching more.

How to avoid plagiarism

For me, an EFL writer, writing in English itself is a heavy burden.

It scares me that I have to follow so many rules to avoid plagiarism.
Here, I want to summary my understading on how to avoid plagiarism.

1. Use of quotes
Quotes must be used in the case of the whole sentence in part of the materials, important phrases, words and sentences are used without changing.

2. Paraphrase
Paraphrase is converting the sentence or word into my word with new word and new sentence. But still quotes should be used if it is not my idea.

3. Summaries
This is the work that summary the chapters and add it on my writing.
